RETURN POLICY

HOW DO I INITIATE AN EXCHANGE?
      To initiate an exchange, Please visit our Returns Center! Once you enter your email address, a link will be sent guiding you to your Order History. Once there, please select the eligible items you would like to exchange.
      Please note that we only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, if available, and you are only allowed an Exchange 1 Time Per Item. Once your Exchange has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details.
      Please allow several business days for the Exchange Request to be processed and shipped.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
      We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them! We always do our best to care for our customers - dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly! If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within hours of receiving the damaged item so we can rectify it for you right away!
      Return time: Within 30 days after receiving the items.
      We will refund as soon as we see normal logistics.
