WILL I PAY DUTIES AND TAXES?
      All duties, customs and taxes incurred when items are shipped are the responsibility of the customer.
WHY WAS MY PAYMENT CARD CHARGED MULTIPLE TIMES?
      This money has not been paid to us, rather your payment card company has put a hold on it for you while you checkout. Afterwards, if your address information fails to validate (maybe your shipping and billing addresses aren't the same), then your payment will be declined. Your payment card company will release the authorization several business days after it is made depending on your bank.
      Please note, if you attempt to check out multiple times, your card will be authorized multiple times.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER AND HOW CAN I TRACK IT?
      We ask our customers to allow us several business days of processing time to assemble your order. You will receive a confirmation email once the order is ready for pick up.
      To calculate your estimated delivery time, add the estimated processing time to the delivery estimate of the shipping method you've chosen.
      Tracking will be sent via email, via our online order tracker.
      Please note that occasionally, orders containing more than one piece are shipped from multiple locations, and therefore ship separately — this is at no extra cost to the customer. In this case, you will receive separate emails containing multiple tracking numbers for each shipment.
